What began as Dan's dream lake cottage has grown into a collection of six unique properties, each designed to create the perfect backdrop for family and friend gatherings.

As lifelong Traverse City locals, we grew up hosting friends and relatives visiting Northern Michigan. Now we continue that tradition—welcoming guests to experience the area we love through thoughtfully appointed retreats that feel like coming home.

A beautiful place with tons of fun things to do. You will never get board. Had an amazing time with a group of friends. One hour we are playing a corn hole tournament, and the next we are playing pickle ball. One hour we are in the hot tub, and the next we are in the sauna. The house is right by downtown traverse city so a night out , then coming back to this house is a night you won’t forget.

Dan and Lisa were amazing! Their home is absolutely gorgeous and it fit our needs so well. There was so much space for everyone and all our guests absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I just stayed at the beach front cottage on Silver Lake and we were amazed. The amenities were amazing and the views were outstanding. The host was more than welcoming and communicative. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back for future vacations! The property was top Shelf! Plenty of room to space out ! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean! Everything already there for you! Towels, Robes,sandal's for the hot tub and pool silverware! Then if you like the game of pickleball it’s a no brainer. The pickleball barn out of this world! 5 Star all day!
