• 🧾 Must be 25+ to book; photo ID may be required

• 📹 Exterior security cameras monitor driveway/entry only (no interior views)

• 🏠 Owner-managed property; owner may be on-site in a separate lower-level studio

• 🕒 Early arrival / late departure (when available):

– 1–2 hours → $50

– 2–4 hours → $100

– Subject to availability & advance approval

• 📘 Full house rules listed in vacation rental agreement

• 🛠️ Guest-caused damage: Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage during their stay. For high-value amenities (wall-mounted TVs, and fixtures), professional repair or installation may be required.
