Like most wooded and lakeside areas throughout Northern Michigan, mosquito activity is naturally highest around dusk, especially during warm summer months. While treatments significantly reduce activity, we recommend bringing your favorite insect repellent if you plan to enjoy the backyard during the evening "mosquito hour."
