When you're good and warm, head to the cold plunge for 2-3 minutes. It's bracing at first, but your body adapts fast. Focus on steady breathing and feel the rush of energy.
Go back to the heat for another 15 minutes, then cold again for 2-3. Do this 2-3 times total. Each round feels better than the last, and your body will recover faster than you thought possible.
