What began as Dan's dream lake cottage has grown into a collection of six unique properties, each designed to create the perfect backdrop for family and friend gatherings.

We had a large group of 20 guys and fit perfectly with more space to give. There were at least 22 beds plus couches. The pool and garage space was a big hit with the group and gave us a ton of space to cook out do pool activities and play corn hole. While we spent a ton of time out in traverse city and golfing, this place allowed us to have a home base everyone felt comfortable coming back to. The sauna and cold plunge were also big hits after a long night out downtown. As a recommendation for others looking to be in the area. Ubers were hard to find at times, but we made friends with the ones that did pick us up and they were so friendly that they were happy to take us back and forth off the clock. If you have a large group, don’t request XLs. Request multiple normal Ubers. As I said, this place was amazing and the locals of Traverse City made it even better. We had no issues at all with getting in or anything not working. This place held up 20 grown men that had a great time, so

We had an amazing stay! This Airbnb was perfect for our large group and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. The property was spacious, well-maintained, and provided plenty of areas for everyone to gather, hang out, and enjoy time together. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind and create great memories with family and friends. Whether it was relaxing indoors, spending time outside, or enjoying group activities, the place was ideal for bringing people together. Highly recommend this property for large groups looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Dan was super responsive and helpful. Place was good location to everything we did in town but also private enough to stay comfortably with our dogs. House had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again!
