What began as Dan's dream lake cottage has grown into a collection of six unique properties, each designed to create the perfect backdrop for family and friend gatherings. As lifelong Traverse City locals, we grew up hosting friends and relatives visiting Northern Michigan. Now we continue that tradition—welcoming guests to experience the area we love through thoughtfully appointed retreats that feel like coming home.
As we unpacked, I noticed even the driveway was cleared of dirt and debris. I knew it would be a great stay if even that was prepared so beautifully. The home was tidy, had ample dishes and blankets etc for our crew of 25. Despite having such a large group, we all felt like the space was large enough that we could “get away” into different pockets of spaces. I highly recommend this property and this host!
Everything was a wonderful experience. Hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, also two full body massage chairs. Wife had a wonderful birthday. Nice place for our frenchies to run around in. Walked into town. Close to many activities to be enjoyed up north.
As this was a special occasion we decided to splurge. Our family of 16 had a memorable week!!The hosts were responsive and the property unforgettable. So much fun and so many memories made- wish we had more time.The pool house, pool, hot tubs, and games were a blast for all ages- 6-80!!!Thank you!!!

Our family had an awesome stay at the TC Bungalow. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique amenities, especially the sauna/cold plunge, and the massage chairs. The home was welcoming and clean, and we were very comfortable in the space. Thanks for providing such a great little home-away-from-home!

Was hands down the best vacation I’ve ever had. We rented out the space for my bachelor party and man was it worth the money. Besides all of the amenities (hot tub(s), pool, sauna, pickleball courts, and arcade) the living space was humongous and could fit my group of 15 very well. The guesthouse out back was an added bonus for me and everyone else’s living quarters were spotless. 10/10. There were crickets chirping throughout the night, which could wake me up at times, but it was a great stay with lots of good sleep.
